We provide done-for-you social media management for coaches, speakers, and entrepreneurs.

Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details directly.
Communications: emails, messages, and other correspondence you send us.
Website usage data: such as pages visited, time spent, and device/browser information, collected through standard analytics tools.

Deliver and manage the social media services you have engaged us for

4. Access to your social media accounts
As part of delivering our services, clients may grant us access to their social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). We access these accounts solely for the purpose of managing content on your behalf. We do not share login credentials with unauthorised third parties and take reasonable steps to secure all account access.

We use trusted third-party tools to operate our business. These may include:

Google Workspace: for email and document management
Scheduling and social media tools: such as Rella or similar platforms
Canva, Edits and Capcut Pro or similar platforms: for content creation
