As part of delivering our services, clients may grant us access to their social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). We access these accounts solely for the purpose of managing content on your behalf. We do not share login credentials with unauthorised third parties and take reasonable steps to secure all account access.

5. Third-party tools and processors

We use trusted third-party tools to operate our business. These may include:

Stripe: for payment processing

Google Workspace: for email and document management

Scheduling and social media tools: such as Rella or similar platforms

Canva, Edits and Capcut Pro or similar platforms: for content creation

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Client records are typically retained for a minimum of five years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
