6. Performance Disclaimer

While we strive to achieve the best results possible, Gem Social Media cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, engagement rates, or sales conversions. Social media success depends on multiple factors, including audience behavior and platform algorithms.


7. Termination Policy

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a 7-day written notice.
  • Upon termination, Gem Social Media will provide all completed content and reports up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gem Social Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from:

  • Platform outages or bans.
  • Unauthorized access to client accounts due to compromised credentials.
  • Client non-compliance with social media guidelines.

9. Amendments to Terms

Gem Social Media reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through a public announcement on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
